How to start an advertisement
After you contact your HomesSoldByOwners representative in your area, they will follow up with you and either set up an appointment to take pictures of your home or ask that you email pictures that you have. It is your responsibility to provide your representative with true, accurate, current and complete information as prompted and to maintain and update such information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete at all times. If we feel at anytime that the information have or are giving us is untrue, not current, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your advertisement without notice. You acknowledge that you are the true owner of the home or have a legal right to represent the property or owner. You also acknowledge that you are 18 years old. You further agree as a buyer or seller not to violate any local, state, federal, national, or international laws; stalk, harass or harm another individual or communicate with such individuals after being advised to cease any such communications.
