HomesSoldByOwners.com was created in 2003 with the purpose to help bring Home Buyers and Home Sellers together, while helping them to save thousands of dollars when purchasing or selling Real Estate. HomesSoldByOwners.com is not a Real Estate Organization nor does it subscribe to any MLS Listing Service. The website is marketed to owners of Real Estate Properties and is intended to help assist them in their advertising efforts only. The website allows Sellers to display pictures and other pertinent information about the property they are trying to sell.

HomesSoldByOwners.com does not act as a Real Estate Broker or Advisor in any fashion. We receive no commission upon or before the sale of the owner's home. Nor do we represent the Seller or Buyer in any regard.

Each franchise owner of HomesSoldByOwners.com has a sponsorship relationship with the company. Each Franchise Sponsor has the right to create their own list of services they will perform and the holds the right to set their own fee schedule for any such services.

How it Works
After you contact your HomesSoldByOwners representative in your area, they will follow up with you and either set up an appointment to take pictures of your home or ask that you email pictures that you have. It is your responsibility to provide your representative with true, accurate, current and complete information as prompted and to maintain and update such information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete at all times. If we feel at anytime that the information have or are giving us is untrue, not current, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your advertisement without notice. You acknowledge that you are the true owner of the home or have a legal right to represent the property or owner. You also acknowledge that you are 18 years old. You further agree as a buyer or seller not to violate any local, state, federal, national, or international laws; stalk, harass or harm another individual or communicate with such individuals after being advised to cease any such communications.

The Difference between us and them
Most For Sale By Owner Website companies are looking to make a FLAT FEE upon the sale of your home and/or are demanding money up front for their internet advertising. Most companies will also have additional charges for the signs, flyers, additional pictures, and will have a limited amount of time that each listing can be on their site before they will ask for more money.

The premise with our company and website is to provide more services and better products for you to make it easier to sell your home FOR SALE BY OWNER; while doing this at NO COST. The reason we can do this, is that the sponsor of each website is in most part a mortgage or bank institution. Their goal along with helping you advertise your home is to advertise their products and services to potential buyers of your home. It ends up being a WIN -WIN relationship. Each sponsor and franchise owner will have different ways of doing this, however the premise is constant. No sponsor or franchise owner implies in any way that you must use them for your next home financing. Their may also be other settlement providers that may provide advertising on the website. Some of these providers consist of Realtors, Title Companies, Appraisers, Attorneys, Insurance Agents, Financial Advisors, Pest Inspectors, and/or any other interested party your local sponsor may sell advertising to as a way to offset charging you as the customer for the services of helping to advertise your home.
